Fulcrum’s Investment Banking platform participates in asset investing, asset financing, and asset trading primarily in traditional fixed income products and real estate. 

Our investment strategy centers around structured products such as MBS and real estate, as well as other asset backed securities such as credit card receivables, and other various structured notes.  Fulcrum acts as a capital conduit for our clients by gaining access to the investment opportunities that exist in today’s marketplace.

Our platform buys and sells securities for our investor base, structures new products that fit a specific investor’s need, manages financial assets, trades securities, and provides financial advice.

Our investment team possesses deep knowledge and expertise throughout the structured products arena, understanding the absolute value of the underlying assets and properly assessing future performance.
