With the turmoil in the U.S. banking system, there exists a huge void in providing asset based financing to the mortgage and consumer finance markets. Fulcrum utilizes its liquidity in achieving “once in a lifetime” spreads within this market. We expect this opportunity to exist for a number of years until a more “normalized” banking condition exists.
